Subprocessor List

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Netcup

Purpose: hosting, virtual servers, storage, agent runtimes, platform infrastructure, and backups where configured. Data: account, workspace, workflow, log, and operational data depending on deployment.

Location and transfer basis: depends on the selected Netcup data center and applicable infrastructure arrangement. Confirm the region and contractual safeguards for the deployment before processing restricted data.

OpenRouter

Purpose: optional routing of AI requests to the model provider selected by the customer or configured in Funkshin. Data: prompts, files, system instructions, metadata, and outputs as required by the request.

Location and transfer basis: depends on OpenRouter and the selected model provider. Review the route, provider terms, retention, training policy, and transfer mechanism before sending personal data.

Direct model providers

Purpose: optional AI inference when a customer connects directly to a provider instead of using OpenRouter. Data: prompts, files, system instructions, metadata, and outputs as required by the request.

Location and transfer basis: depends on the provider selected by the customer. The customer must verify the provider's DPA, processing location, retention, and training settings.

Customer-owned inference

Purpose: inference on a server selected and controlled by the customer. This is not a Funkshin subprocessor. The customer is responsible for the server, hosting provider, access controls, retention, and legal basis for processing.

Changes and objections
